ITALIAN BUILDING SOLUTIONS
The unit will be designed to maximize the factory assembly, pre-commissioning and testing, thus simplifying and reducing to a minimum the on-site installation and commissioning activities.
The proposed Bath Living Rooms fulfil Customer’s Requirements in terms of:
1st class materials
This gives to a full guarantee in terms of:

• Total responsibility, since IQQUADRO will be the only supplier in the Bath Living Rooms

The Product will be installed in the building currently under construction. The walls and floors are in a raw condition and there is no need for demolition of existing work.
The floor has to be levelled with specific products, and its ground level (in each floor) has to be at least 7 cm below what will be the ground level of the remaining Rooms. This will allow the Bath Living Room to be at the same level of the other Rooms.
Hydraulic and Electrical Battery Limits will be agreed during on-site survey.
The Bath Living Rooms will be equipped with 1st class Marble slabs: quality “VERDE Guatemala” and “BIANCO Carrara”. Thicknesses will be 2 cm.
The Lavatories are unique products: the production will be limited to 96 pieces. The marble lavatory is mounted on a self-standing Wood support. Lighting system, Mirror and the use of marbles of different colours are key to the design.
The Urinals are unique products: the production will be limited to 18 pieces. They consists in a Fashionable Water-fall on a Marble wall, with a special lighting effect. As an optional item, LCD screens can be installed in each of them.
Transportation to Beijing is included in this proposal.
In case of award of the order, a Project team will be nominated for the execution of the contract, with the responsibility of handling the job from job kick off meeting until final delivery. A Project Manager will manage the project team, with full responsibility on all aspects of the contract. The Project Manager will coordinate all company functions and will lead the installation.

Accessories, Mixers and Fittings will be selected during detailed engineering.
All the piping between customer battery limit and all the mixers, sanitary fittings will be supplied and mounted.
All the cables between customer battery limit and all the lightings & utilities will be supplied and installed.
Lighting system for Bath Living Room for Women consists of:
mirror lightings, installed on each lavatory
diffusion lightings, installed on each side of the ceiling
main lightings, installed on the ceiling

The price for no.72 Bath Living Rooms as described in this proposal, including transportation and installation is:

This price is related to the base scope of supply, and does not include any of the options mentioned in our technical proposal.

The stated prices are fixed and not subject to escalation for the duration of the contract.
The Contract Price shall be adjusted as necessary to take account of any changes, options or other adjustments provided for in the Contract.
Payments shall be made within 15 days from invoices date to IQQUADRO nominated account. IQQUADRO shall issue the relevant invoices at the achievement of each payment milestone.

This Proposal will remain valid through October 30th, 2005.
The completion of installation activities has to be agreed. The delivery schedule can be optimised at contract award in order to match customer needs and according to Workshop Workload.
IQQUADRO submits this Proposal in confidence for evaluation by Customer. Its contents are proprietary to IQQUADRO. By taking receipt of this Proposal, Customer agrees not to reveal its contents in whole or in part beyond those persons in its own organization necessary to properly evaluate this Proposal. Customer shall not reveal the contents of this Proposal to a third party or make copies of this Proposal without the prior written consent of IQQUADRO. Customer shall return this entire Proposal to the undersigned, if Customer does not accept this Proposal.
Any document or information, including but not limited to drawings and technical specifications, disclosed by Customer to IQQUADRO are free from any restrictions (other than a claim for infringement and the obligation of the party receiving such document or information from IQQUADRO to hold them in confidence) and, notwithstanding any copyright or other notice thereon, IQQUADRO shall have the right to use, copy, modify and disclose the same as it sees fit for the scope of the present Proposal.
